Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times depend on the destination country. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note: delivery times may be longer during holidays or sale periods.

Delivery Estimates

We aim to process and deliver orders within your selected shipping option, and no later than 30 days after payment (or 30 days after the release date for pre-orders).
You will receive shipping details before placing your order and an email confirmation once the order is processed.

Product Appearance

Product images are for illustration only. Colors and packaging may vary slightly from what is shown on our website or app.

Order Processing

All orders are subject to product availability and payment approval. We will contact you if an item is out of stock or if additional verification is required.

International Shipping

International orders may incur import duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs procedures may cause delays. As the “importer of record,” you must comply with your country’s regulations.

Undeliverable / Refused Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages caused by incorrect shipping information.
If you refuse delivery or do not cover import charges, return costs will be deducted from your refund.

Inspection

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If items are not in the expected condition, contact team@elliza.co  with your order details and photos.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you received a wrong or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours for a free exchange or full refund. Refunds are issued within 3-5 days after we receive the item.

Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as severe weather, war, strikes, or government actions.
