Returns:We hope you love your ELLIZA piece. If it isn’t quite right, eligible items can be registered for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition with all ELLIZA tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges:
Prefer a different size or different item? You can request an exchange through our Return Center and select your preferred size, subject to availability. For exchanges, ELLIZA provides a exchange label together with the return instructions. Once your return has been received and approved, we will arrange the exchange.
You will receive a new tracking code after we shipped the exchanged item(s).
Hygiene Products:
For hygiene-sensitive items such as swimwear and bodysuits, the hygiene seal must remain fully intact. Once the hygiene seal has been removed or broken, the item can no longer be returned for hygiene reasons. We recommend trying these pieces on over your own underwear before removing the seal.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item? Please contact us before returning your order. If the issue is caused by an error on our side, ELLIZA will cover the return shipping costs and provide the appropriate return instructions.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether it has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
How to Return
Register your return through our ELLIZA Return Center using your email address and order number. Select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and follow the instructions provided. You may also contact us by email if you need assistance.
